These Terms govern your access to and use of AptAI (aptai.in) and its online courses. By using the site or purchasing a course, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

You sign in using Google authentication. You are responsible for keeping access to your Google account secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old to use AptAI.

Courses & licence

When you purchase a course, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access that course content for your own learning. You may not share, resell, redistribute, or publicly post the course material.

Delivery

All courses are digital products. Access is granted instantly and automatically to your account as soon as your payment is confirmed. There is no physical shipment. If access does not appear within a few minutes of a successful payment, contact aptaihq@gmail.com.

Pricing & payment

Prices are shown on each course page in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect courses you have already purchased.

Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to bypass payment or access controls.
• Do not scrape, copy, or redistribute course content.
• Do not misuse the service in any unlawful way.

Intellectual property

All course content, text, diagrams, and branding are owned by AptAI and protected by applicable copyright laws.

Disclaimer & liability

Courses are provided “as is” for educational purposes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AptAI is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
