This Privacy Policy explains how AptAI (“we”, “us”, “our”), operating the website aptai.in, collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our online courses.

Information we collect

• Account information: when you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile image. We never see or store your Google password.
• Purchase information: when you buy a course, our payment processor (Razorpay) handles your card/UPI details. We do not store your full card numbers. We only record that a purchase was completed.
• Learning activity: the courses you own and your lesson progress, so we can show your progress and restore access.

How we use your information

• To provide access to purchased courses and track your progress.
• To process payments and issue access after a successful purchase.
• To respond to support requests and important service notices.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the service providers required to run AptAI: Google (sign-in), Razorpay (payments), and our cloud hosting provider (Microsoft Azure), each acting under their own privacy terms.

Data retention & security

We retain account and purchase records for as long as your account is active or as required by law. Data is stored on secured, access-controlled infrastructure and transmitted over HTTPS.
