Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains when you can cancel or request a refund for a course bought on AptAI (aptai.in).

Digital delivery

AptAI courses are digital products delivered instantly to your account on successful payment. Because access is granted immediately, please review the free preview lessons and course outline before purchasing.

7-day refund window

You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not completed more than 20% of the course lessons. This gives you a fair chance to evaluate the material while preventing misuse.

How to request a refund

Email aptaihq@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account, including your name and the course purchased. We review requests within 3 business days.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Razorpay. Depending on your bank, it may take 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account. Once refunded, access to the course is revoked.

Cancellations

Since courses are one-time purchases (not subscriptions), there is nothing to cancel after the refund window. If we ever offer subscriptions, you will be able to cancel anytime from your account.

Exceptions

• Requests made after 7 days, or after completing more than 20% of the course, may not be eligible.
• We reserve the right to decline refunds in cases of clear abuse or content redistribution.
